Bob Jagger was born in Ferndale, Michigan, in 1927. He received his B.A. in 1951 from Hillsdale College and his J.D. in 1958 from Stetson University. Mr. Jagger served as Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Clearwater from 1961 to 1997.
