Professor Yetter was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1940. He earned a B.S. degree and a B.A. degree from Lehigh University in 1963. In 1967, he earned his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Duquesne University. He received an LL.M. from Yale University in 1968. Professor Yetter has taught since 1968 at Florida State University College of Law, where he currently serves as B.K. Roberts Professor of Criminal Law.
