Bio:Cynthia Imperato has been a Judge in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida for the past eleven years and is an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University Law School. She has been an instructor at the Conference of Circuit Court Judges and is currently on the Executive Council for the Criminal Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Judge Imperato is currently the President of the St. Thomas More Society of Broward County, is a board member of the American Red Cross, the Broward County Crime Commission, Women in Distress and the PACE school for Girls.
Judge Imperato is a former Assistant Statewide Prosecutor and Tallahassee Police Officer.
