Someone is watching: Watching where you go, what you read, who you talk to (and what you say), what you buy, where you pray, and the doctors you consult. Your face is recognized everywhere. Your car’s license plate is being recorded every day and everywhere.
You are not paranoid; someone is watching and recording everything. So get used to it, or move to the backwoods of Idaho.

On November 20, this program will trace the development of the Supreme Court’s Fourth Amendment surveillance cases for the past 100 years: starting with Olmstead (in particular Justice Brandeis’s iconic dissenting opinion), through Katz, then Karo and Knotts, and finally, this century’s decisions in Jones, Carpenter, and last term’s decision in Chatrie.
