The Criminal Law Section of the Florida Bar is excited to announce MISDEMEANOR MADNESS: a first-of-its-kind seminar dedicated to the “trials and tribulations” of county court.  Don’t miss this TWO-DAY VIRTUAL CLE and learn from some of Florida’s most accomplished lawyers and judges, as they offer expert insight on how to successfully prosecute and defend your misdemeanor cases.  Topics to be covered include misdemeanor impact on driver licenses and other professional licensure, the immigration consequences resulting from misdemeanor convictions, unique sentencing schemes of certain “lesser” crimes, along with perspectives, procedural tips, and other practical strategies from county court pros.  Misdemeanor Madness offers something for lawyers of all experience levels.
