This course covers topics of Federal Criminal Practice such as the latest cases on substantive federal criminal law and procedure from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and Constitutional issues from the United States Supreme Court. The course will also cover practice tips from both district judges, magistrate judges, and a court of appeals judge. The program is specially designed for the attorney practicing in federal criminal court and is taught by some of the leading defense lawyers in the field as well as federal judges.
