1. A $300 registration fee (PO, check, or credit card) will be invoiced by The Florida Bar after the program. Please provide the appropriate contact person for this below.
2. Payments are to be made payable to THE FLORIDA BAR.
3. PARTICIPANTS’ OFFICES SHOULD MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS BEFORE THE DEADLINE OF JUNE 23, even if you have not finalized the number or names of participants you will be sending.
4. You may always cancel hotel reservations, but you may not add to a closed block of rooms. Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee’s office.
5. The participants’ room block is at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Gainesville. Rooms are available for single/double occupancy at a rate of $159, not including taxes and fees.
