DESCRIPTION:The Criminal Law Section hosted its first (to be annual) legislative update on October 5 in Fort Lauderdale. “Inside the Florida Legislature” was an in-person and live-streamed CLE and a reception. The program is available to buy online 24/7: \n\nDownloadable Audio\nOnline Seminar (On-Demand)\nInside The Florida Legislature BOOK (CLE CREDIT IS NOT AWARDED FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE COURSE BOOK ONLY)\n\nThis program will provide the criminal law practitioner with an update on relevant changes to Florida law in 2023 and a preview of what to expect from the 2024 legislative session.
