So get used to it\, or move to the backwoods of Idaho. \nOn November 20\, this program will trace the development of the Supreme Court’s Fourth Amendment surveillance cases for the past 100 years: starting with Olmstead (in particular Justice Brandeis’s iconic dissenting opinion)\, through Katz\, then Karo and Knotts\, and finally\, this century’s decisions in Jones\, Carpenter\, and last term’s decision in Chatrie.
